Seal tracks
February 6, 2015, during the beach patrol performed in the framework of the project at 210 km of the sea coast, grey seal tracks were observed. Photos from the observations were consulted with specialists from the Institute of Marine Station of Oceanography in Hel and the Blue Patrol volunteers, who have confirmed that they are seal tracks. The tracks were hard to see because the sandy ground was frozen and seal just left scratching claws on the sand. Unfortunately, during the day the temperature rose and someone trampled the tracks a little. In one of the photos you can see all the tracks, in the middle the "channel" on the ventral part of the seal, on the sides – marks of the front fins, claws (scratches). On the other pictures, there are marks (scratches) on close-up.
