Meetings with fishermen

During the project two information meetings will be provided with ship owners of units authorized for fishing in the area of ??cultural heritage of the Park. The first meeting will be held in the initial phase of the project, another ? at the end of the project. At each meeting, an agenda of actions to be carried out within the framework of the project will be presented. We will also discuss questions regarding cooperation in guarding and monitoring hydro acoustic detectors of porpoises. The project developer will provide information about how the detectors will be marked. He will give their spatial locations to avoid collisions of users of the fishing area with the project area. At each meeting, we will discuss common experiences in the potential occurrence of lost or abandoned fishing gear,which could significantly improve their search.
